I would like to make the following announcement on behalf of Sonic Brew.
Due to recent events and circumstances beyond our control, we have decided
that Sonic Brew will no longer be sporting the Black Label Society back and
front patches. As people may or may not know, the style and positioning of
the Black Label Society patches is directly copied from the way in which a
number of well known Motor Cycle Clubs display theirs. Motor Cycle club
members earn their patches and badges through loyal service to their
respective clubs, they are not simply purchased from a web site like the BLS
patches in the UK.

In recognition of this fact, and out of respect to ALL the MC's of the UK,
Sonic Brew have decided to drop the "MC" image favored by Zakk Wylde and
BLS. We would urge other Black Label Society fans to do the same.
We will continue to celebrate the music of Black Label Society and Zakk
Wylde in the same way that we have done so over the last 18 months. We will
continue to play to our many Black Label Society brothers and sisters
throughout the UK, wherever they  are willing to come and see us.
We fully understand that there have been issues about the BLS patches
amongst the Various MC's of the UK, and we would like to thank all the MC's
that we have come into contact with for their patience, courtesy,
understanding and friendly advice they have given us in this matter.
Sonic Brew are currently working on the design of a new one piece back patch
for the band. The finished design will be a full one piece back patch that
can be sewn to jackets and "cut offs" alike. It will be black on cream in
colour, the colours of Zakks original "Grail" Les Paul Bullseye guitar.
The words "Sonic Brew" will be displayed in a straight line, rather than the
"Rocker" design copied by Zakk Wylde and BLS from traditional MC patches.
Once the design of these patches has been approved they will be available to
anyone that wishes to wear them.

Two other major developments, our much loved brother Evil Pete has decided
after much deliberation to depart from Sonic Brew. He has decided to
concentrate more on his other bands that he has continued to be a member of
while in Sonic Brew. Pete will be much missed, and he leaves with our love
and blessing and sincere best wishes.  His replacement will be our little
brother Sam, who you may have seen play with us in Stratford earlier this
year.

On a brighter note, the legend that is Monkey is now back in Sonic Brew full
time. We are thrilled to have him back in the "Brew" and look forward
to kicking some serious ass with him back in the fold.
